Zumba: Zumba fuses
hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic
workout system that will blow you away. We want you to
want to work out, to love working out and to get hooked. The routines
feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms
and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body
while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest
into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

BOOT & BOX: A
thrilling workout mixing bootcamp and boxing. An hour you won’t
want to miss! Alternate your intensity between strength, cardio,
hitting, crunching, kicking, hovering, pressing, squatting, you name
it, we hit it in this hour of calorie kickin fun!

HIP-HOP: An hour
of the hottest hip-hop in town. Learn a fun routine in a carefree
atmosphere. There is no pressure to perform nor are there recital
fees — just some funky adults having fun.

YOGA: This class,
available to all levels, combines breathwork and meditation with
traditional Hatha yoga postures. Hatha yoga can improve posture,
lubricate joints, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce stress
with regular practice. Give yoga a try and experience this gentle,
passive workout of self-reflection, relaxation and refreshment.

BOOTCAMP: This class is the ultimate
in cardio, strength, endurance and fun! No two classes are the
same and you’ll experience
the greatest feeling of accomplishment after an hour of bootcamp.
(Weather permitting, outdoor classes are considered).

PUMPTIME+:
Get all that you need in an hour and a half of strength combined
with cardio. Each and every Saturday you have the opportunity to
come to an hour of pumptime and stay for instructional cardio training
for an additional 1/2 hour. Or if you'd rather just hit pumptime
and go, you can do that too. What a great way to jump-start your
weekend! Many of the cardio sessions will be lead outdoors hitting
the track or Somerset Trail. No additional fees are required for
the extra class time, its on the house!

BOXING: Jam-packed
with a punch! Learn martial arts techniques for hitting, kicking
and blocking, and apply those skills while
hitting
heavy bags, shadow boxing and sparring punch mitts. A fat-burning
class you won't want to miss.

EXPRESS STRENGTH: A
strength training class that covers all the major muscle groups in
one half hour class!
You’re in and out and you’ll
feel like a million bucks!

EXPRESS BOOTCAMP: Half
hour blast of power. Stations are set up around the room focusing
on cardio and strength — and
every muscle group from head to toe. It’s as hard as you
make it and could be the best half hour of your day!

BOSU: Experience balance challenges
within every component of exercise using a unique, half ball – half
board piece of fitness equipment. Whether your focus is cardio, strength
and flexibility, or agility
and sport movement — the BOSU Balance Trainer™ workout
integrates total fitness with FUN! Leave class with a new appreciation
for what "total body workout" really means!

RESIST-A-BALL: Did you ever imagine an entire workout on a ball? Stability balls
are the most versatile training tools available on
the market today. Every exercise, every stretch, every movement
pattern incorporates core strength and stability so that you are
always working
the core muscles. Dynamic in every way for every muscle in the
body.

STEP: Aerobically challenge your cardiovascular endurance through basic
step patterns strategically built to create flowing routines
with lots of movement and tons of attitude.
