Each
personal training package is customized to meet your individual goals.
Each session is one hour. Our first session together will involve
an assessment of your goals and a strategic plan to achieve those
goals. Equipment is provided for use.
To help ensure program success, your sessions must be used at the
rate of at least one per week. 24-hour notice required for cancellation.
