CLASS SCHEDULE

ALL LEVELS are filling up fast so register now as space is limited! All course classes are 60 minutes and meet once a week for four or six consecutive weeks. If you’re not sure that the course if for you register for an intro class today. Intro classes are one hour and you are allowed only one intro class. Jen is taking requests for classes so if one of the times below do not work for you, be sure to call Jen today and request a time.

WHAT IS POLE FITNESS?

Pole Fitness is the celebration of the art of pole dancing through the eyes of the latest generation of women. Pole Fitness has rapidly become the most talked about fitness trend over the last two years.

Fall in love with your body at Kees Camp Pole Fitness. Our relaxed environment and private class setting is perfect for every size, age (18 and over) and fitness level. Currently offering intro classes each month, four and six week courses, private lessons, in-home sessions, VIP and bachlorette parties. Intro classes meet only one time for a one-time fee and four and six week courses meet once a week for a 60 minute class. Each participant in the four or six week courses must complete each level consecutively.

Pole Fitness is a blend of jazz, ballet, yoga, pilates, cardio and strength wrapped into 60 minutes of flirtatious movement and powerful tricks with the pole. Watch and feel your core and upper body strength improve each class. Your curves are guaranteed to take shape right before your eyes as you let your hair down and enjoy the most powerful hour of your week.

One big thing to note is that there is absolutely NO NUDITY at all during the pole fitness class. You can practice taking your clothes off when you get home! You should wear comfortable workout clothes, yoga clothes, shorts or skirts with stretchy materials to allow full movement. Bare legs will make it easier for your skin to grip the pole, which is essential in some tricks. Heeled shoes or boots, ballet slippers or jazz shoes can be worn, tennis shoes are not recommended. Of course you can train barefoot if you’d like.

 

WHY POLE FITNESS?

Pole Fitness is a new class format that builds muscular endurance, improves coordination and increases core strength. It involves movements with a vertical pole and is an incredible workout without the drudgery of sit-ups or aerobics. The participant may simply hold the pole or use it to perform more athletic moves such as climbs, spins and body inversions. Group classes, private lessons and private parties are offered.

Kees Camp’s Pole Fitness currently offers 5 levels of training. Students should work at their own pace and upon completion of each session each student will graduate to the next level.

POLE FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Level One – Flirt Class
Learn how to move around and with the pole. Basic trick fundamentals are taught and mastered before advancing.

Level Two – Temptress Class
Reinforces the techniques learned in level one and begin to turn your workout into a performance using poise, confidence and sensuality.

Level Three – Vixen Class
When a student graduates to level three the confidence of your presence is prevalent. Tricks on the pole become more strong and intense. In level three your body and pole now work together and your curves wrap, tuck and bend precisely.

Level Four – Diva Class
In this level you will master the tricks and your movements are deliberate from the floor to the pole and the wall. The heels and attitude are on!

Level Five – Siren Class
The sirens will be a blowin when you complete this course, your pole movements and your hot body will be on fire as you move through 15 new moves!

Each student is asked to participate in each level consecutively.

Trickster
This class focuses just on pole tricks and transitions. Trickster gives every student the opportunity to perfect their pole work and improve their upper body strength as well as core muscles. You will learn a new trick or two every class! It is advised that participants have some pole experience in order to attend this class. Class is drop-in or buy multiple classes and SAVE!!

PRICING

CLASSES ARE GENERALLY 6 PEOPLE MAX; NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE. All sessions must be paid for in full and in advance. No refunds are given for cancellation less than 1 week before the start date under any circumstances. The minimum age for the course is 18.

POLE PARTIES

Kees Camp’s Pole Fitness Parties are a must! For about 2 hours you and your guests will learn a few pole tricks and a routine to take home and share with others. The hostess and the guest of honor will each receive a gift bag (valued at $30 each), each guest will receive $5 off an intro class at Kees Camp Pole Fitness Studio. Whether your planning a bachlorette party, birthday, divorce, new engagement, new job, holiday; whatever the occasion, pole dancing is the perfect way to jump start your night.
