Equipment is provided for use including mats, steps, body bar system
which holds up to 38 pounds per bar, jump ropes, boxing bags, weighted
body bars, dumbells, resist-a-balls, resistance tubing, BOSUs, medicine
balls, agility ladders, hurdles and more!
To help ensure program success,
we advise attending classes at the rate of
at least one per week.
It is your responsibility to seek medical
clearance from a qualified health professional prior to training;
beginning training constitutes
that you have taken this step.
