Jennifer Kees has been involved in group fitness and personal training for more than 16 years. With a strong background in dance that earned her credits choreographing stage productions and videos, Jennifer embarked on her professional fitness career in 1993. A champion bodybuilding competitor and head physique judge for one of the Midwest’s largest natural bodybuilding organizations, Jennifer offers a uniquely seasoned perspective on how to sculpt the human body — both in her group teaching endeavors and in the weight room. She is ACE certified and has earned many individual certifications, including Personal Training, Pole Fitness, Kick-boxing, YogaFit, Body Pump, Resist-A-Ball, Step, BOSU, Aqua Aerobics and Arthritis.

"Our bodies are the only thing we truly own, how can we expect to take care of others if we don't take care of our own self."

Jennifer lives in Des Moines with her wonderfully supportive husband Scott, daughter Mya and son Kadin.
